Brownie Bliss Balls (RVG, GF)

Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free BLISS ❤

Bliss balls are absolutely FAB for curbing those creeping cravings or when you need food ASAP. They’ll only take MAX 10 minutes to whip up and can last up to a week refrigerated.

These little balls of bliss have saved my unorganised/hangry/exam-mode self many a times ahahaha..    true story 😀

You can be super FLEXIBLE and CREATIVE with what nuts, fruits & superfood powders you use – but the process remains the same.

You’ve got to get your hands DIRTY (Unless you wear powder-free gloves I guess but where’s the fun in that?)

 Makes 10 (approx.)

Ingredients

  • 6 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup raw almond
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • shredded coconut (for rolling)

Method

  1. Process everything in a high speed processor/blender until well combined (when the mixture starts to stick together)
  2. Pour out the mixture and roll into balls
  3. Cover with shredded coconut
  4. Store covered in the refrigerator for at least an hour
  5. ENJOY!! 😀
